By ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the signup form on https://site-ground.us, you freely give your specific, informed and unambiguous consent to the SiteGround game team (“we”, “us”) to process your personal information as described below.

- your name, if you provide it when contacting us;
- technical data: IP address, browser and device details, the date and time you submitted the form, and the referring page.
03Purposes
- sending you news about the SiteGround online game: launch announcements, playtests and project updates;
- sending you invitations to playtests;
- responding to your messages;
- keeping a record that you gave consent.
04How we process it
We collect, record, organize, store, update, retrieve, use, share with service providers acting on our behalf (such as our email and hosting providers), restrict, erase and destroy your information, using automated and non-automated means, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
05Promotional emails
You also agree to receive informational and promotional emails about the Game at the address you provided. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address.
06Duration and withdrawal

We will then stop processing your information and delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
